I was very worried about whether I should trust an online bridal site or not. I really like this dress, so I went "shopping" at local bridal stores to try on similar dresses, just to see if I liked the shape on myself. I decided to try it (the price made it worth it for me!). So I did custom sizing and bought it. I was so nervous to get it. When it finally came, I was so nervous to open the box. I was thinking there might not even be a dress in there or something weird. But I opened it and there was this beautiful dress inside! I tried it on and it didn't fit me perfectly, and I need the bodice altered a little bit, but the price for the dress + alterations is still much less expensive than I would have payed elsewhere. I'm very excited about it!Also, I didn't realize when I bought it that the dresses DO NOT come with dress bags, so you have to buy those separately. Still, the price makes it worth it!Overall impression = good...

I was thrilled to have received my wedding gown sooner than expected. When I opened the box, I was so excited. The dress was beautiful. However, once I tried to put it on, I knew it was not made right. It looks NOTHING like the picture. While I was very happy with the customer service immediately after order and happy how fast the gown was made and shipped, I am extremely disappointed in dresseshop.co.uk not owning up to its mistakes. I am scrambling now to find a replacement gown....
