I fell hard for this dress. After viewing hundreds of thumbnails of wedding dresses, this dress simply said "I'm yours". I ordered a champagne colored gown, size 2. I checked the website daily for delivery updates, becoming obsessive almost. On the day it was to arrive I put my household on high alert: THE dress was arriving! By 8 p.m. I had to concede that my delivery had not made it to me as promised. I contacted customer service and without hesitating or quibbling, dresseshop.co.uk offered me a very generous compensation for the delay (and my angst.) This is what good old fashion customer service used to be: make the customer happy--and now I am. The dress arrived one week later and it was as wonderful as I hoped for. This dress is depicted well in the photos and description. The skirt is wonderfully flowing and is great for dancing. I was a between sizes and went with the smaller option and was glad I did, as the waist fits perfectly. I'm having it tailored on the sides of the torso a bit because it was a little big in that part. That could be due to my small bust size (34 A). The front was nicely lined and had some support built into the bust area. I am very happy with the dress, it looks like it was made well and will be a fun dress to swirl around on the dance floor....

I have just received this dress in Champagne,( if anyone wants to know the colour, i would say a light gold) it really is Beautiful and SO well made., yes it is too long but that 's easy to fix. I'm a uk size 12 so ordered the size 10 and its a perfect fit. I 'm so delighted as I was worried about ordering on line. I'm now going to order my bridesmaids and Mother of the bride dress from dresseshop.co.uk too.!...

I was so happy once I received this dress. I had tried on numberous dresses at bridal salons, but everything seemed to be too think, heavy and expensive for a destination wedding. This dress is absolutely beautifully made, a great quality light material and very pretty. It is a little big considering my measurements were very close to a regular sizing chart, but this dress is meant to be very form fitting that I would think personal tayloring is a must anyway. Overall for the price, quality and unique style of this dress, it is absolutely incredible and I cant wait to wear it for my beach wedding. Shipping was also very quick and the tracking was very accurate....

The dress arrived in 3 weeks (to the states) even with custom sizing. I ordered it in champagne and the flowers match in color. The construction of the lining is superb and professional....

I bought this dress as my second wedding dress. It was beautiful, although I could have used a smaller size. I followed the advice of having a larger size, but this one really fits to true size. If you are a regular 4 get a 4. Beautiful fabric, and it looks amazing. Everyone loved it! I would recommend this dress to anyone....

I agree with Fiona, I bought this dress knowing I would be 28 weeks pregnant for my wedding, and it looks HUGE on my size 2 body (I'm only 20 weeks pregnant now with barely a bump). My wedding is on June 2nd and I'll post pictures when I have them....

I ordered the champagne in a size 8 for my June wedding. I was vacillating between and 8 and 6 and should have gone with the smaller size as I am now having it altered. I am 5'9' and felt the bottom ruffle was slightly too long so am having this shortened. I love the color and the dress is much more substantial than it looks in the picture; the seamstress commented on how think the fabric was. For the price even with alterations I feel I got a beautiful dress at a reasonable price. I can't wait to wear it!...

I put some questions on the site before I made my order and they were quick to respond. Then once I'd placed my order they noticed a glaring mistake in my measurements and contacted me to check and sure enough I'd made a mistake. Time was short but they worked hard to get the dress to me in time for my wedding. The dress arrived a few days ago and it is lovely.
