If I order this dress at the color of "the same as picture" will it be this turquoise color or some other one of the many pictures I see in these photos of the dress? Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?: Each dress is made to order in Dresseshop, including standard size dresses. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

How long can I receive my item?: Receiving time is based on the tailoring time + shipping time, you will find them in the product pages "Shipping & Policies".

How can I make sure I order the correct size and fit?: Compare your unique measurements with Dresseshop's size chart and measuring guide. By selecting "Custom Size", your dress will be personally tailored for your exact fit.

Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?: Please understand that each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, so unfortunately we are unable to modify the fabric/length in any way. Currently, the two acceptable changes are removing the trains and adding spaghetti straps, only for dresses with simple designs.

What payment methods do you currently accept?: We currently accept payment via Credit Card online or Western Union, Wire Transfer offline. Do you want to pay with PayPal? No problem! Please contact customer service (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server).

How can I check my order status?: If you want to track the status of your order, like where is your order, when you will receive your order, whether your order has been dispatched yet, please sign in "My Account" first and click "My Orders" at any page of the website.

Are there any additional fees involved in shipping?: In some cases, your destination country may charge customs duties or other taxes. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs office for further information. We will mark the package in low value, but we can't promise no sales tax.

Where can you ship to?: We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, However, if such a rare event were to occur, we will get in touch with you ASAP.

If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund. How long is the receiving time?

your receiving time is based on tailoring time + shipping time. At present, we provide 4 different choices with tailoring time, you can choose it as you wish on place order page.

Receiving Time:

1. Tailoring Time (09-10 days) + Shipping Time (3-5 days) = 15 days

2. Tailoring Time (14-15 days) + Shipping Time (3-5 days) = 20 days

3. Tailoring Time (19-20 days) + Shipping Time (3-5 days) = 25 days

4. Tailoring Time (24-25 days) + Shipping Time (3-5 days) = 30 days

What if I would like the dress shorter?

A: We are glad that you like our dress. Please understand that each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the length in any way.

When I am entering in my measurements as I want this in the Short length and not the long length, I'm still being asked to give the hollow to floor measurements which I do not require.
