recieve this dress a few weeks ago, extremly happy and fits perfectly.only complaint is about the colour chart, the colour was way off from what i thought but i still love it.Also unhappy that they were unable to alter the dress.overall very pleased.

I'm very happy with the purchase I made. The dress arrived ahead of time and ems delivered it. I was notified when my dress was shipped out by email, giving the estimated time it should arrive with a tracking number. And the deliver called us when it arrived. The dress fitted beautifully. I'm very pleased with this dress. Thank you very much!

This dress is beautiful and comes just as it looks in the picture. The live help that I received regarding sizes was very helpful...the dress fits well. I may change the clasps at the neck to something a little more durable (they are metal clasps on one side and stitched loops on the other), but other than that the dress is perfect and very reasonably priced!

Ordered dress over a month ago, only to find out they still haven't even started on it. Very frustrating. They have live chat customer service for BEFORE SALES but after you have given your money to them, you can't speak with anyone live. You then have to submit a ticket and wait...Good products, but PLEASE improve your customer service.
